Gravitate is a marketing firm headquartered in San Diego, CA focused on sports and entertainment. The principals of the firm, with a combined 40 years of experience, have been able to apply their knowledge and experience in the industry to help teams, universities, leagues and businesses obtain tangible results that can be measured against their objectives.

Pat is a co-founder and partner at Gravitate Sports Marketing. Pat focuses most his time on client services, new business development, sales and managing GSM's current relationships primarily. Previously he worked at Fenway Sports Group where he was Senior Vice President in charge of establishing and managing Western Operations. His responsibilities included creating new business opportunities and providing sales representation for the Boston Red Sox, Roush Fenway Racing, Professional Bull Riders, MLB.com, Boston College and the Deutsche Bank Championship.


Prior to working for an agency, Pat served as VP of Marketing for Liquid Investments which was ranked among the top one percent of all U.S. beer distributor groups representing suppliers MillerCoors, Heineken USA, Diageo and Boston Beer.  While at Liquid, Pat was responsible for the negotiation, activation and management of all sports related investments including the San Diego Padres, San Diego Chargers, SDSU, UCSD, Holiday Bowl, Super Bowl and the US Open Championship at Torrey Pines. In addition, he managed all media investments, community relations, government affairs, brand initiatives and product tests and launches.


Additional responsibilities at Liquid included playing senior sales, marketing and management roles with the 10 time world indoor soccer champion San Diego Sockers and Breckenridge, Colorado based Summit Broadcasting radio and TV properties. During his 25 years of sales, marketing and promotional experience, Connors was involved with internationally renowned, premiere events including the America’s Cup, Super Bowl, X Games, U.S. Open Golf Championship and NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournaments.
